I got my 2014 LT limited and I got a e93 tune and it halls ass, 0-60 is around 5.6-5.8 seconds and 1/4 In around 14.3 seconds and I love it, was gonna boost it.

I still daily it but all aftermarket headlight output suck. I blacked them out and retrofitted morimoto h1 8.0’s with hylux 45w and some switchback halos. Should be an updated vid on my channel

The ltz’s come with fogs so no ,but if you need to access the fog light you can easily get to it just by removing the headlight. ( one screw and one tab)

Aye bro. I fw ya setup. But I do gotta question. I got a 15 LTZ Limited and I was drivin in the rain last week and I got a pop up message saying “Stabilitrak initializing” I looked it up and it said different tire size will trip that code or road conditions will trip that code. Rn I got 235s on all around so I know it was the fact that it was raining bad that made my car say that. But I was thinkin about 265s all around but I see you got 255s, so those sizes tires don’t trip anything off with your traction control or anything does it??

I’ve never had that message come up but I’m sure 265’s will be to too big as my 255s literally just fit. I don’t rub or anything but it’s pretty close. A sticky 245 or 255 will do just fine

That’s part of your Abs/tcs. Those usually kick on in bad weather when hit the brakes hard or if you hit the throttle too fast in slippery conditions it’ll kick on. It’s a safety feature. I doubt it’s your tires. Or could be that another part of your abs is failing too. GMs are notorious for their shitty abs system.

How much for the brembos? Any noticible stopping power? And how is it with the brake assist? I have a 2013 ltz and the stopping power isnt enough for me. And those rotors go quick

cosmic deity Brembos made a huge difference it’s night and day. Slam on the brakes and the car stops right where u want it its actually scary. Theses cars are only about 3500lb vs the 4200lb car they come from. calipers $140 Rotors $140 Pads $45 New lines $40 Misc $20 U will need low offset wheels meaning the factory wheels and spare tire will never fit again even with spacers. The front wheels and steering will feel “heavy” as you’ve just added 60lbs more the steering rack that has to steer, move and brake the car. You’ll have to cut the dust shields and use flat washers to center the caliper as well. So basically you car will not feel the same at all anymore and is It’s honestly a pain and kinda regret doing it but u do get a lot of head turners running gt500 brembos/calipers. If you want your brakes to stop better with factory calipers check out ebc pads for a better bite, new lines for a better pedal feel and a good set of rotors.

@@jpatrick260 actually came across this video again when lookimg up exhaust videos for the 2013 ltz. Just added a vibrant exhaust system and removed the cat. Very quiet on idle with low deep tone on light acceleration courtesy of the 3.6. But because the 6 speed has long gears, i purposely accelerate a certain way coming out of first gear cause u know how the rpms at a dead stop half throttle acceleration tend to climb up to 4500 rpms so when i hit it slow into 2nd then hit it hard it sounds real nice but if i hit it to where the gears climb its sounds awful lol. But when floored and about 15% throttle it sounds real nice. I also did the brembo conversation and like you said i regretted it. Looks nice amd stops nice but not worth it. Ended up selling the brake system and reverted to premium rotors from bennet auto with metallic pads. A tad bit noisy on the brake but still much better than a ceramic setup. Still lasts long. For some reason the rotors on this still go out quick with the steering wheel shake brake at high speeds. I guess cause its fwd top heavy and narrow steering compartment. But with 97,000 miles the 3.6 is still runnimg hard no misfires. Spark plugs changed with double iridium every 10k miles for preventive reasons and the 6 speed auto is 10 times more reliable than previous 4 speed models. Looking to trade it in with cash down for a 2019 challenger scat widebody 392 :)

You can also spray paint it too, that’s what I did. I just put painters tape covering the silver part of the symbol and some plastic covering the grille and hood of the car. Pretty easy tbh.

Quas FM Like shit, wouldn’t wish it on anybody. When u hit a bump the front bottoms out pretty bad and the rear shoots in the air. It’s literally horrible and uncomfortable. As far as lowering the car I’ll probably end up buying the expensive coil overs or just going back to stock height with new struts. These struts aren’t meant to be lowered they’ll blow in a few months and you’ll be doing it all over again.

The lowering springs come from canukmotorsport.com. I will say they will blow your factory struts quickly due to the strut operating at such a lower level. Mine blew in about 4 months, car rides horribly now so I’ll be purchasing bc racing coilovers soon

brian buchert canuk Motorsports lowing springs say 1.7 front and rear but it’s defiantly more. It’s almost 2.5” front and 1.7 rear. The springs are very soft so it will be bouncy and your struts will blow in a year. I’ve replaced with new struts and pogo washers and it’s still bouncy as hell. If your serious about lowering get bc racing coilovers for $995. I’ll post an update video soon

Canuk motorsports, beware they will “sag” causing your factory struts to blow very quickly. I initially put them on 140k struts and they blew in a few months. Bought new oem struts and put on the new springs and the new struts blew in 2 months. When struts blow the car is extremely bouncy almost unsafe. Currently on bc racing coilovers

Robert Williams I’ve got hp tuners and I’ve taken off majority of the torque management and that made a huge difference but it’s running lean asf. That and a tank of e85 and it pulls pretty hard on a ss after about 100 mph
