Is it normal for some oil on the outside after fitting new sump as when i had mine fitted it looked liked it leaking a bit but has stopped

I have 2012 ford ka.....my friend says its dripping transmission oil.....what is the cause of that

It could be the gearbox itself, driveshaft seals or it could be one of the power steering pipes

Why you butchered the heat shield? 2 bolts and take the fan off then you can get the heat shield off easy.
