That was a awesome video well done I dont know if you can help me I have the 2012 polaris sportsman and front drive shaft does not turn in any gear im trying to determine if this is electrical or a transmission fault

I watched all three videos. Great work. You make it look pretty simple. I have a 2006 Sportsman 800 EFI with EBS with a loose/stretched silent chain that is wearing down the drain plug. Apparently it's a pretty common problem. Would my transmission be the same? Do you have video of the disassembly of the rest of the parts in preparation for where Video I takes off and or reassembly from where III stops.

The dog leg has a spring I replaced rear spendals and dont know where the spring for turf mode. Its c shaped and the round piece with the raised parts goes in the c shaped part. It's a tentioner spring just dont know where it goes for locking in turf mode or out.

Great video but...You forgot to mention, maybe on purpose the CRITICAL alignment of the engine and transmission using a special tool. Not mentioning that the torque bolts need replacing after each use. If the above mentioned procedure is not followed the unit will chew up belts and belts cases pretty quickly.

How do you know if the shifter shaft is clocked right it will insert any where so the aluminum bracket is clocked right

I have a 2011 ranger I replaced the silent drive chain got the transmisson back in the ranger and with it in park and every gear the rear wheels spin freely like it is not going into park

I believe ive put mines back together as youve shown but mines doesn’t move when its in low gear. It does when its in high and reverse and neutral seems like its truely neutral. Could this be a problem in the shift Linkage?

If my spring is not in the shifter linkage would that cause my bike to pop out of gear

How can I get in contact with you? I have a 2013 ranger that has no forward gears, after my daughter switched from forward to reverse while driving. I have it removed and thought the forward chain was broken, but it is not. I really need some help and nobody locally knows anything about them, as well as their service dept. being booke for months. Thank you!

I have a question about my 1998 sportsman 330 trailblazer 2x2 I can drive backwards but I cant drive forward on it when I try to put it in drive you can hear it grinding but wont go into drive at all..
