Definitely the most beautiful and possibly the most underrated car of its class and many other classes, to be honest. I love everything about it; how it looks, how it feels and how it drives. Just bought a 1.4 petrol 2010 black version with some aftermarket features, like parking sensor and front-seat heating, after having had an identical one (back then brand new) with my ex-wife for a few years. For its size, I think the engine does miracles for agility and performance. You really don't need anything more than that, even on the motorway. As a closing note: they totally eFf'd up the 2017-onwards model. Looks like a sketchy little box and the engines, as we know, for "eco" and some such nonsensical purposes have been equally eFf'd up as well...

I have just swapped my 2014 ibiza toca which I brought three years ago with 27k on the clock... It now has 108k with no issues apart from servicing... For another ibiza..... Very underrated car

Barrie what's your opinion on Renaults 12,000 Mile service / Oil changes ?

Well, if i was going to keep a car myself, for a long time, i would personally make sure the oil and filter is changed every 5000 miles, the manufacturers are selling vehicles on cost these days, fuel economy and servicing, services have been stretched and stretched, which doesn't matter to them as it wont go wrong ion the first 3 years however i dont think the second or third owner will be so lucky, i see it all the time, when we take high mileage cars in that drive like new, its usually down to the service history imho, so if its within 3 years old and under warranty the service plan is ok, if its not and you want it to last keep changing that oil :-)

@@BarrieCrampton Interesting thanks for your opinion . Also when i had a 2012 leon bought new and took it for it's free service when i watched my dash cam he disappeared and didn't bother changing the oil or even the air filter 👎 . Time to buy some Shell Helix 5w40

sadly i am of the opinion that there is a lot of stuff available on Ebay, that should have been fitted to a customers car on a service/repair and has been paid for by said customer
