Thank you also for this video, my 2013 Highlander had the same problem and was going crazy figuring out why I had so much water inside which made mold grow under my seats. Something is wrong with Toyota design. I never heard of this problem before

Blasted all the goop that was clogging it back into the same gross area inside the HVAC housing that the goop came from to clog that line in the first place. The real soulution is to pull apart the cover below the glove compartment, disconnect the drain hose from the bottom of the catch pan housing and shop vac that hole out. Also pull out the cabin air filter while you have the glove compartment removed and see if it's full of crap. Sometimes mice get in there and chew holes in the filter medium and cause debris to pass through, exacerbating the problem.

Thank you so much for this!!! I took my same car/year to 3 dealerships. No one could fix it. Watched this and had my 12yr old son fix it. Still dry 6mo later. Didn't think it was ac drain because I wasn't using ac in winter. Thank you so much for taking the time to make this.

Carrie Davis after you blew out the line did air blow through the line freely? I pressurized mine with quite a bit of pressure and the line still seemed clogged.

Same issue - 2004 Kluger/Highlander. Even had cockroaches breeding under the moist carpet - so disgusting!! Thanks for this

Hey Peter! So my 12 highlander is doing same mysterious water floor issue right now. The funny thing is my passenger side is the side that tends to be much more soaked, I only realized it yesterday and it was so bad that water was starting to pool over the rubber floor mat! but it is even making the floor in the carpet right behind my driver and front passenger seat, wet, last night I probably sucked over 4 gallons of water out of the carpet with my vacuum! what you did in this video did that fix your problem or has it come back since was it something else? Any need help and answers are extremely appreciated. Thank you.
