You should also use a torque wrench for the plugs.

I did same steps except i also replaced air filter. But even after doing the same step my car has low idle around 600 rpm, it should be around 900 to 1000 rpm. I do not know the cause of low idle speed. I have 150k on this car, mine is 2008 rav4. Itmhas issue with exceesive oil consumption.

The gasket wont be harmed by the MAF cleaner. You don't have to remove them.

Generally a good idea to put anti-seize compound on spark plug threads to guard against the plug seizing in the the aluminum heads. Also a good idea to use a torque wrench to do the tightening as "hand tight" means quite different things depending on the persons strength...and threads in aluminum heads are easy to strip if you overtighten.

You really don't need to remove all that shit to clean the throttle body. I actually just did mine last weekend on my 2011 Rave 4 and all you have to do is go right to that hose clamp on the air duct and throttle body. It's easy to reach with plyers to loosen the clamp, then just move the hose outta the way. Give it a good cleaning then pop the hose back on.....It literally takes like 5 minutes.

Using a impact is fine, as long you not using full torque when press on the gun. Everyone have their own opinion.

This isn't the best help one should learn from. A good mechanic always removes and replaces spark plugs one at a time to avoid mixing up the wires. Thankfully not in this case.
