audi peaked at this generation of A6 and A7. quattro, 330hp from a supercharged v6 with one of the best autobixes ever, and will still do 30 mpg on the highway. and it sounds like that !! still needs a pair of vibrants or lcgps but damn

I did invidia straight threw muffler and sounds like a refined muffler delete...a bit deeper...I probably would have gone muf delete but state inspection

Doesn't really help. I'm running ECS Tuning X-pipe and its still raspy (not this much), though I only had center resonator cut out, I still retain the mufflers before the exhaust tips. Only way to get these Audi 3.0T rasp free is to use a certain muffler in place of these suitcase center res (can't remember the name) or go with a full cat-back exhaust. These are hard engines to get rasp-free. Check Audizine forums as there are certain threads way exhaust clips and even one guy that posted his 5+ exhaust setup journey with videos each way.

@@mydimeisup5103 at least your x pipe helped some. But yeah anytime you just delete exhaust components you run the risk of creating rasp. That's what mufflers/resonators are for. It's just a cheap "mod" for sound so everyone does it. Which is another thing I don't understand. Why do something someone else has so when you pull up to a car meet 4 other cars sound the same way? Idk I like to be different. That's why I got Corsa on my Colorado. Video on my page

its just audis way of letting us know it has a forced induction device, the c7 a6 does have a supercharger tho

It isn't very loud on the inside. My truck has a bit of "Drone" and a badly sealed rear window. Sometimes It's a bit much with the new exhaust
