2013-current Brake pads and Rotors change on Ford Ecosport.

quick how to on changing front brake pads and rotors on a 2014 Ecosport this should cover 2013-current. please verify torque specs for your own vehicle.

7mm hex for caliper pins

depends, you can take wheel and inspect to check for wear and heat spots. i noticed many small cars have very thin rotors so i do not recomend "turning/or machining" the rotors

I know it's old post but if you feel a shake on the steering wheel it's the front. If you feel it in your seat it's the rear. Same with bad tires.
