Removed the M4 Street Slayer Slip on and ordering a new full system. Will do a vid as soon as I get the full system installed. New vid is up with the Racetech/Ohlins suspension and Pirelli Diablo Rosso 2s. As my riding improves, so does my video editing lol

Mike, It's very loud. looks great, but very loud. also, it'd be better if it was a full system. I foresee changing it out for a Leo Vince full system in the future. I'm going to swap in some Racetech fork springs, emulators and adjusters, rear shock, rearsets and race clip ons as well. should be really fun in the twisty stuff, then,

Nice video! I have the same bike and even the same boots lol. I have found the stock tires lose their grip quickly when at full lean. I have ~1/4" chicken strips on each side I can't seem to get rid of. I'll be keeping the stock exhaust because every aftermarket one I've heard has been obnoxiously loud. I'm going to do some track days and hopefully a couple of WERA E Superstock races next year. Oh, and I couldn't agree more about not letting this bike fool you. I got rid of a BMW R1200R and got the CBR250R to focus on my cornering. In the twisties, this thing is a blast.

TKS Motorsports , Great boots! I hit my stock rear sets before I hit max lean angle so I dono about the tires not being grippy enough. They haven't let me down yet, but I'm sure when replacement time comes, I will not be going with the "winners". The stock exhaust is so bulky and heavy, I had to ditch it. Big heavy eye sore. I could't wait to pull it off. It is definitely fun in the tight stuff.

H1GHS1D3 I've ground both peg feelers, that's what I meant by "max" lean angle - as far as it will go stock. I've had it slide several times with various tire pressures. I haven't decided which tires to put on it but my rear will need to be replaced in the spring before I start doing track days. The Bridgestone Battlax BT090-G or BT003 or the Pirelli Diablo Rosso II are the ones I've narrowed my search down to. The stock exhaust is ugly and heavy for sure, but I work third shift and I'm sure the neighbors won't appreciate an aftermarket exhaust when I leave for work at 10:30 or when I come home for lunch from 3:30am to 4am!

I watch these CBR250 clips far too often. Do you still have her? Made any new mods or has the masterpiece Babyblade been perfected already?

Awesome video. I've been considering making the transition from dual sport to street bike for better traveling on road, and more fun on twisty roads. I think I may be sold on the cbr250r after this. Looks like a blast. My dr350se on smooth tires could do this, but it would be much less stable. Cbr is attractive at its used cost and fuel injection.

I'm thinking about getting one of those exhausts next spring. I really like the look, however am not looking for something really obnoxious. I'm 41, so not looking for something too loud. What is your take on the db levels? Thanks.

Great video! Would you recommend this bike for an absolute beginner?
