I have spent $45k maintaining this car at the dealer. Just normal things that fail. Had the check engine light on atleast 5 times. But the car has never let me down, that’s why I kept it!

I'm shopping to trade my 2016 S550 for a 2014 - 2016 Flying Spur. Do you recommend, or not recommend buying one?

If you don’t mind the maintenance and the minor issues it gets, then by all means go ahead. I’m the first owner since 2017, and the car is absolutely amazing in terms of driving and luxury. I think this car feels better and just has a better thrill than my Bentayga V8, so If you do end up getting one, make sure you get a W12.

@@DRGCars I don't really mind getting rid of my S550, but my Rover is harder to part with. When I look at the pre 2019 Spurs they don't seem to have as nice looking an interior as my S Class. What's your opinion if the interior and the technology?

@@carycoller3140 make sure to get one with the Mulliner specification. That is what really makes the interior different and stand out. The tech is alright for me. All I did was install a CarPlay box inside the existing infotainment. It works really well.

@@carycoller3140 Make sure you get the milliner specification. That’s what really makes the interior special. As far as the tech goes, the standard infotainment is trash, but I have a CarPlay box built into the standard infotainment. For me, it’s pretty good and really comes up to part with my 2021 Bentayga.

but it isnt cheap.. that "engine light" alone can be 20k ... then you can drive 5k miles and something else will break and cost 20k..,, this car is build for a millionair lifestyle that have money to burn.

In other words buy it and just ignore the dash lights and the annoying things and enjoy the drive / ride 😂.
