How does this feel for like stop and go traffic? I know that it's gonna be fun as hell on the open road, but is it gonna suck back and forth to work. I've heard somewhere that it makes 1st and 2nd gear more usable but I can't find much info on that.

Stages are kinda unknown. They don't really mean much. A stage 2 from one company/car is not the same as another stage 2. A few Saab manufacturers have a stage system. The only reason for stages is for kits. Stage kits make it easy to make power as they source/make and provide the parts.

WRX owners, Wanna get extra 50hp in one second mod?? Turn off your a/c (FML!! the a/c compressor kills performance and the ecu thinks there is knock and messes w/ timing on and off)

I'm willing to be wrong, but I believe on my 2017, the A/C doesn't go full blast when you're on the throttle.. almost like the ECU knows when to not rob power when I need it.

psychdoggg Who drives full blast all the time??? City driving is when it really messes w/ the ecu, specially 2nd and third gear. I can really feel the engine losing power and that smooth momentum when the a/c is kicking in. I see knock readings when logging only when the a/c is on and exactly when the compressor kicks in. Extremely annoying when on 1st gear driving slowly in a parking lot, need to be on and off the clutch all the time. One of the worse drivability I ever seen on any car I have ever driven or owned and that's w/ an improved tune, stock trim is almost unbearable. Just an overall mess, Subaru could had done much better. Gear ratios are way too long specially on second gear, had to put first gear on so many occasions. I can't wait until I can get out of this one. Should had gone w/ the R32 or the BMW 335.

Personally, I'm a windows down kinda guy. A/C only goes on when the wife is tagging along, and then I'm also not hammering the throttle. Stock tune blows. I'd question your dislike of the "overall mess Subaru created", but this is after all the internet, and everyone is an expert in it.

No, the AP does NOT "Void" the warranty. The Stage 2 does NOT "Void" the warranty. What it DOES do it makes is easy for your dealer to deny a claim. But they have to prove the fault was caused by your mod.

^^Been through this process with my old car. You will rarely, if ever win that argument. They can easily say "The car is modified for higher performance, and was driven as such." Therefore no warranty claim. It can be done, but its highly unlikely that you would win a warranty claim with anything modified beyond a catback exhaust and maybe an intake. Accessport probably not

Have you ever heard of small claims court? It doesn't matter how big a company is, you can always take them to small claims and make them PROVE you caused the problem. I know people always say "they're a big company so they have more attorneys" but that doesn't matter because in small claims both parties are heard by a judge only. There's no "legal team" needed, and if they can not PROVE that you caused the problem then a judge will usually rule in your favor. It's that simple. Most people are too lazy to even try. I believe a few legal fees are cheaper than a $10k repair bill, but that's just me.

Don't want to sound like a hater but that Dyno graph is so all over the place your tuner needs to spend more time to make that delivery smoother. Apart from that I like the setup I run a resonator too, but from my mid-pipe back I had it custom made so my exhaust kinda whistles.

I just got myself a 2015 WRX and i do work in service industry and i want to modify it but i also want to practice what i preach when it comes to MFG warranty on any engine troubles or vice versa. Are you still running with the stock clutch? have you notice any slippage at a specific WTQ threshold? Only thing I'm afraid is having to upgrade to a SMF with clutch set up, which most all tend to have those random clanking sound during idle at times.

Yes our stage 2 kit is intended for use with our MAP intake and downpipe. Any exhaust should work fine though!
