No fool in my book. You have a process. You stuck to your process and figured out what nobody else did. Really good video. The wiring harness would have lead many down the wrong path.

On the chevy express, the fuse box usually needs to be replaced when that happens. There is a circuit board under the fuses and the solder usually cracks and causes lose of power to bank 2. I have had this happen to approx. 6 chevy express vans
