By any chance do you know why the ProCharger has those 3 areas above the belt that looks like there should be screws but there aren’t. Every ProCharger I’ve seen including mine has those missing and I’m just wondering why, if the screw hole is there, no screws are inserted?

Great video and very clean install! Q's: did you guys use the standard intercooler core, or step up to the optional race intercooler? (Can't tell with it hidden behind the grill) is the race intercooler even necessary on a stock daily driver? Did you use the tune provided by Procharger, or was this custom tuned? How is daily driveability with this kit?

We used the standard intercooler with this setup. Race intercooler is necessary if you want to make over 800whp. We used the tune provided by Procharger and the driveability is awesome! Daily driver for sure.

Here I got a 2020 392 ScatPack and think it’s more car than I can drive. I got Coilovers, swaybars from FatsHemis. Best part the Coilovers I picked weren’t the best choice, fasthemis reached out and showed me a $600 cheaper option that was much better. If I ever do something this wild I’ll reach out to FastHemis, but I am to much of coward with the 6.4 stock 🤣🤣🤣

Depends on the standard P1 head unit, or D1 or F1 unit. Standard P1 with 7psi will get you Hellcat numbers on the 6.4L. D1 or F1 will yield you more power, but requires forged internals.

800hp is definitely possible, just not on OEM internals. At least not for long. If you want to make 800hp, you need forged pistons (and rods) with a little more boost.

Look up Modern Muscle Extreme. Get a set of drop in pistons and rods based on your goals. Just know, extreme power will require drive line upgrades.

only thing i dont like about this set up is that it takes hot air from under the hood ..... this has got to be a problem keeping the intake temps down on those hot days even with the intercooler

Air intake temperatures are not a problem. The srt scoop is functional with brings in cooler air to the engine bay. The FMIC is more efficient than you might think, even on very hot days (ie 110-120). Major R&D are put into these kits to confirm suitable air intake temps.

Nice I have a 12' yellow jacket D1SC race intercooler, upgraded fuel pump, plugs; injectors. Tune. Made 607rwhp 580lb. Long tubes 3" catless. That's about how much they make. Haven't installed meth kit yet. Great video tho! 👌💪

Yessir! Actually had a leak in tht factory BOV tht comes with it. So ordered the "BIG RED" way better. But now I twisted the drive shaft. Getting the DSS carbon fiber shaft installed. Can't make power without breaking something!

Some of our customers go D1 or even F1. However, the customers who want a compete kit only have the option of a P1. Otherwise, get the D1 tuner kit, purchase the injectors, map sensor, aftermarket fuel pump assembly, programmer and have someone custom tune for ya.

I have a 2016 Charger Scat Pack. It has the unlocked pcm with an HP tune, high flow JBA cats, Hellcat airbox and 180 deg therm. I’m putting in a Procharger D1X and I’m hearing nightmares that even with 7lbs boost that my car is going to be a ticking time bomb. Any truth to this? I drive pretty tame when I daily drive but like to hit the track about 6 times a year. Will my motor hold up when running it?
