I have a 2005 Xterra. Love it and I'm keeping it! It has 135,000 miles on it, no problems. Better than a stupid jeep or 4 Runner!

I have a pristine 2005 SE manual Xterra and it's saving us hundreds of dollars every month car payments and we LOVE IT. Maint on it is on tap meaning if it breaks we fix it immediately but really hasn't had too many problems solid engine just a solid SUV don't think we'll ever sell it.

I traded in a 2 yr old 4x4 RAV4 with a lot more amenities for a 2015 4x4 xterra. The primary misses is the external temp indicator and heated side mirrors, heated leather seats and dimming rear view mirror etc. However, I do not regret it one bit. Would do it again. Xterra's are REAL Rav4 is just a car with 4WD or AWD- and lacks the clearance and rugged ability and I feel the Xterra's seat are more comfortable AND much more room. I worked out of my cars and the Xterra beat both Rav4's and the Camry.. Just bought the 2020 Altima- Honestly after 4 Nissans and 4 Toyotas, Caddy, 2 Chevys, 68' MG I's pick the Xterra everytime... Though the MG was quite fun, the Altima is good too and no worries about someone cutting the fabric and stealing anything. We plan to keep the Xterra permanently as well as the Altima.

I like it, glad Nissan is still producing a true off road vehicle. However, anytime someone opens up the door to 4x4, I get all excited to see a stick shift...and then am always disappointed to see an auto....boring...

I'm trying to convince my mom into getting the Pro-4X variant of this vehicle. She test drove an X-Terra back in 2004 and didn't like it too much. However, that was 11 years ago. So, I hope she likes it when she test drives it. Her other choice is a Jeep Grand Cherokee. It has a smaller touch screen than the Pro-4X X-Terra. Only 5". The Pro-4X has a 5.8" touch screen. Also, the X-Terra in the video isn't the Pro-4X variant. It is the trim lower than it. The S I believe.

I always liked the X xterras I kind of wish they would of kept the design going but just made it look a little more modern. offer a technology package and a V8 model or even diesel model. And keep the affordable models aswell

Have an 05 se auto. Seats are hard, suck. Center armrest should be 6" more forward. Rear axle seal leak at 80K miles.Rear sets very uncomfortable, even for kids. No recline, not titled back far enough, again hard seats This truck will go anywhere in the snow...... rear door edge (hard to explain) at perfect height to wack kid in head... 230K miles now, transmission locked in 3rd gear due to low fluid ( had slight leak) ... Debating what to do with it ;(

lol this guy.He's saying pro 4x that's a different trim...with pro 4x mats... I believe it's S trim. X trim doesn't come with XM maybe im not sure but i know with the Pro 4x it has has full touchscreen display, pro 4x seats, as well as spotlights on roof rack, and also has BFGoodwrench tires with two tone machined wheels, and the gauge cluster is white. I bet some fool fell for it and bought it right there on the spot.
