2015 Porsche Panamera S E-Hybrid Review - Fast Lane Daily

Our lovely German host Sarah Sauer takes the 2015 Porsche Panamera S E-Hybrid for a spin. The Porsche Panamera S E-Hybrid is powered by a 3.0 liter V6 engine making 333 horsepower and than there's an electric-motor that makes 95 horsepower with a total output of 416 horsepower. Together with an 8-speed automatic transmission 0 to 60 mph will come in 5.2 seconds with a top speed of 167 mph. But is it worth the $99,000 price tag? Let's find out!

What are your thoughts on the engine and transmission of the 2015 Panamera S e-Hybrid. I believe it uses a Audi engine and a tiptronic transmission . How does it compare to a Porsche PDK?

Please !!!!! Hire someone w/ the motivation and racing background that this station currently needs. This chick is not doing this review justice (and all other reviews that she has done till this point). DD is the reason I subscribed years back and I was thrilled that car were going to be reviewed from the BRIT stand point, BUT I have yet to watch a review worth while. Sorry to be so blunt. I just feel like you need to revamp or add someone else to review from the other side of the world. Just my 0.02.... Thx

I just don't like Sarah Sauer. Her speaking is frustratingly unfluent and her reviews are really basic and don't talk about how the car performs. I would love to see Derek D or another part of the crew do a review with a little more enthusiasm and really say how the car "feels"

When I am considering a specific vehicle or just want to learn about it; or anything for that matter (a laptop, a cell phone, a camera, a destination, a restaurant, a movie) I watch and read as many videos and reviews about the item in question as I can because people are different and provide different perspectives on the same thing. I'm amazed at the hypocrisy and criticism on social media actually. On the one hand you have all these posers, watching videos for free, done by people who practically do it for free, who seek and scrutinize the one thing they dislike (about the person) instead of looking for the good; and then you find them someplace else calling others racists or bigots and that (people) should accept other people for what they are!? If you want another opinion on this car, more akin to your liking, then go to EVO or Autocar, and never comeback here. Why should others inconvenience themselves to accommodate you?

To say we would never own a car that cost$100k is like saying that one will never go anywhere in life. Most ppl that watch reviews are ones that are either on the market for this certain vehicle or just want to stay on touch with the newest and greatest. Hybrids are so full of shit , this is the perfect example 22,000 dollars more to save some gas if you buy the regular one I bet you will not spend spend 7,000 in 5 years of driving. If you have the 70+ thousand that the regular one cost im sure you can fill it up with gas. After all the maintenance for 5 years and gas im sure you will have 10,000 left that you can spend on Starbucks.
