I've been watching your videos for quite a while now. You guys do an extraordinary job. I'm only 15 years old but I've been watching since I was 14. I know quite a bit about trucks and that's all because of you guys. Hang in there TFL crew. You guys have haters on here sometimes but you guys are the only channel that's very committed to their jobs and give us real world testing. I find everything you do to be interesting as well as fun. I'm going to try and be patient for when the comparison video comes out between the Ram and the Raptor. Especially when it comes to the power steering and climbing abilities of both vehicles. Another trip to Moab perhaps?

When you go to these manufacturer demos what I would really like to see is for you to do a side by side comparison. On one side the offload vehicle of your choice, on the other a ten year old minivan. Let's see what the off road vehicle can do that the ten year old minivan can't.

I've been saying from the start that it's nothing more than an off road package like the FX4, Z71 etc. but now I can't even call it that since they're offering it IN A 2 WHEEL DRIVE VERSION... Honestly, Ram has been going in a better direction over the last 4-5 years and now this, this bastard child of a monstrosity that even the makers of it don't know what it is or what it's for.

I have an 18’ an I have seen personally as well as many reviews that the fuel economy she says is a lie. Best I have seen so far is 15 highway. One other review stated that the fuel economy numbers are based on a base 1500 model.

Flew to Detroit for some training that Ford was putting on. Was feeling mighty fat sitting in that middle seat on the way up. While sitting in the meeting with engineers from all around the country I looked around at all the tubby middle aged guys with receding hairlines and thought "You know what? I'm made to print!". I wanna like the Rebel, but Ram really fell short on this imho. I feel like this is supposed to compete with the Raptor, but the Rebel is really just a appearance package (an ugly appearance) with a leveling kit and 33s.

Should've considered moving the grab handles to over the shoulder, like a Jeep. Not seeing this as anymore off road capable than any other 1500. Basically, all of them options are already available, except maybe the tires. I already have a 2015 Big Horn with a limited slip & there's nothing that convinces me the Rebel would've been a better "Off-Road" choice. Can get them tow hooks for $120 on ebay... Also, all Rams with 20s already come with 1 inch lift. So, the 1 inch lift talk is overblown. Too many comparisons to the "Standard Ram".

Google Minus Except the FX4, Z71 etc. are all 4x4s with some kind of locking diff. This thing comes in 2 wheel drive and offers nothing more than a limited slip. It doesn't compete at all.

This should of been a raptor fighter... 5.7, 2 or 3 inch lift, 17 inch wheels, 35 inch at tires, no dual exhaust bs, and NO AIR SUSPENSION. Also needs lockers and get rid of those ugly badges. If they would have done that it would've been great.

Cheesy truck!!! A size larger tire and 1" lift is the only difference in a standard Ram and the Rebel, other than that ridiculous grille and huge lettering on the tailgate. The limited slip rear diff is not even standard equipment for an off road themed truck. I'm a Ram guy but this truck just doesn't make sense. Btw they ruined the Laramie Limited too with that awful grille but in all chrome.

Yes Sir just like I said, Normal Ram truck with off road mode 1 aka 4 high deleted as it the normal mode. Like I said another useless wannna be off road truck. I mean for god sake if you put it in 4 low, but go over the 25mph mark you lose the inch it offers, plus the air bags make it so stiff the axles can't flex. Nice try Ram but if you really care do a 1500 power wagon. Not some half assed open diff truck with deleted 4 high mode.

comparing a corolla to a f1 car,(two different purposes) the raptor will be a better hybrid truck, as it is made to be good all over, but it will never beat the ram runner out in the dunes or in a Baja race as the ram runner is more race focused.( as was intended by dodge) two different trucks with two different purposes. tfl stop kissing Ford butt, you are making this Ford guy sick.
