whats the role of Th9 cells and why don't you talk about them?

It sounds like if your TH2 is overactive , then your TH1 is under-active. I looked up what histamine does to interleukins: histamine decreases IL-12 and therefore weakening of TH1 I suppose that is why famotidine (histamine 2 blocker) seems to help patients with covid 19 hospital patients over omeprazole in the hospital. Likely shifts things to the TH1 side (more IFN gamma IL-12 etc).

The mutual exclusion of Th1 and Th2 branches via IFN-& or IL-4 respectively is long known... Why would the Th1 related immunity be so helpful in hospitalised COVID patients? From what I learned: the more serious cases have to deal with cytokine storms - but what does that have to do with histamine release?
