2016-2020 Civic Radiator Replacement

Hey Guys!! So this video was completely unplanned but I came out to discover a coolant leak and my radiator was punctured badly. So I am working on replacing the radiator in this and next week's video. This is my first time replacing a radiator on a 2017 Civic EX-L so please leave any advice if you have any, Thank You!

I just did my radiator on my 05 MDX with 160,000 miles. The neck that leads to the expansion tank failed. I bought a new denso radiator for about 130 bucks and did all the labor myself. Took me about 7 hours between two days. Wasn't hard, just took some time.

No fear Kayla! Really cool your taking on fixing the radiator yourself. I have a project going on myself trying to fix my wife's Ford Escape. Having transmission issues with a bad solenoid and trying install a new valve body. Hope and pray I can fix it. Really don't trust transmission shops. Good luck with your radiator fix.

My car is got the same covering CTS Cadillac and BMW underneath it I think the dealership was telling you that so they wouldn't have to fix it there's no way of stick got in there love the Camaro I got my daughters into the same stuff that you do

Why did you take the lower support off and not the top? Take the lower plastic off to drain, then remove air filter and upper brackets.. then disconnect the fan then pull the radiator up.

Why you need to start using Evans Waterless Coolants, this stuff don't overheat like the regular crappy coolants out there. Also I would swap out your thermostat to high performance and radiator cap.
