Christopher, you can choose to route your 4-flat through the grommet in the trunk and mount by the hitch with this bracket www.uhaul.com/MovingSupplies/Wiring-Lights/Quick-Connects/Quick-Connect-118144/?id=12136 This customer chose to leave it hidden.
