The accent just ads to the appeal. Beautifully well articulated, delicious key change towards the end. Abril is another excellent singer. Joan keeps doing good things in his tight solos. Ignasi still inventing, keeping it fresh for everyone.

What a great number....Perrrrfectly done. Love seeing the older guys with the young band, Ignasi, Esteve's drum accents perfect with the brushes, and the young Joan Mar's short solo terrific. Abril just great with that sort of Broadway stage voice, good volume and clarity and wicked cute young lady. Lover Come Back one of my favorites that she does. Thanks everyone!

This is all you need for full bigband pleasure: Four saxes to create that smooooth sound, four horns for a topping of brilliance, a seasoned rhythm section to keep it going relentlessly, no matter what, two or three soloists to complement sensational singer Abril! This girl of 14 has inhaled it all: Phrasing, syncopation, variation of the melody, and vibrato! Listen from 0:41, and how powerful she leads the tonality shift to the finale in 3:33! She lives the song rather than singing it - a big talent, and who knows what else is gonna come? Big applause from me, and an approving smile from Andrea!

I totally agree. I love the multitasking in the band too. Not singing? Grab a horn, bass, do some wicked harmony.....whatever takes you fancy...😀 Ok!

@@godislove8740 It's systematic! They sing the instrument parts in practice, then play their instruments, then do solo or background vocals. Multitasking starts with a second instrument for many (most?) of them. For instance, Abril plays the drums + trumpet + (bass) guitar. Sax + clarinet is common, add the odd flute and violin. Many of the trumpeters play the sax, too. Of course, Joan Chamorro is the big role model, playing more instruments than there are fingers on my hand.

Es fascinante ver la evolución de estas vocalistas formadas en la SAJB, de niñas a adolescentes y finalmente a mujeres adultas. Mantienen en esa evolución el mismo estilo, el mismo gusto, el mismo fraseo, el mismo talento, pero van cambiando la voz. Hay grabaciones de Abril Saurí con 12 años, con 15 (como esta) y con 19 y es fantástico comprobar como se va adaptando a esos cambios de voz, de físico, de personalidad, madurando como cantante y como persona. La música para ellas pasa de ser un juego a una profesión, en un proceso lento y progresivo, casi sin que se den realmente cuenta, como algo natural. Destacar también, por supuesto, los excelentes solos de Ignaci Terraza al piano, el joven Joan Mar Sauqué a la trompeta y Esteve Pi a la batería, tres músicos de muy alto nivel.

Magnifique, vu le jeune âge d'Abril , les vocalistes de Joan sont étonnantes ! Et quel accompagnement ! Une section rythmique d'exception avec un Esteve Pi virtuose des balais. I just noticed that the brass instruments are centered between the left and right channels so you get just as much coming out of your left speaker as your right. Great sound!!!

El tio del cansino nombre que siempre está en estos videos es el que produce todos esta música , profesor de todos estos jóvenes desde que son bien jovencitos , que dedica la mayor parte de su tiempo para que tú y otras miles de personas podais ver y escuchar toda esta Música .
