I miss my c63s wagon. I used to drive it so hard all the time. What a super piece of kit. Most fun car I ever owned even though my e46 m3 was probably a better drivers car but the c wagon was more entertaining and far more practical

I wish I was closer to film your E46 😎

In regards to your statement on branding. S Class owners would be foolish to be upset about sharing styling characteristics. C-Class, E Class, and S Class are all sedans and the only thing that differentiates them are size. As a C63s and E53 owner the S Class isnt even on most peoples radar. The S class is a limo in the majority of the world and is not a drivers car at all.

If I were to spend 120+ thousand on a luxury limo, I’d expect to be recognized on the road. Up until w222, you would notice the S-class from a mile. It had the stance and looks like no other MB.

I own a 2008 S63 and it’s definitely a drivers car. It takes time to get use to the long wheelbase and the weight but once you do it’s like any other car. The thing is the typical S class buyer isn’t like the Typical C class or E class buyer. Saying the S class isn’t a drivers car is like saying the hellcat or challenger overall isn’t a drivers car. It’s never the car it’s always the driver (in most cases)

@@ajtoofly7315 A more reasonable comparison is something like a 7 series, W12, LS430, or Continental GT if were including coupes as well. They have decent power and handling because at the end of the day their still made by their respective brands w/ their engine, suspension, etc but they were made to be a luxury car not a drivers car. A "drivers car" is one made with the main focus being engagement w/ the car and performance, Ex: Hellcats, Corvettes, M3, C63, Camaros, 911s, GT350, RS3, R8

I love my 2015 Edition I. Would a stage 1 tune cause any long term issues?
@AccentOnCars3 ай бұрын
Should not if done by a reputable and knowledgeable tuner! Not all are the same.

Are you sure they build these in USA? What about the E63 with the 4L engine?
@AccentOnCars8 ай бұрын
The information on MB and AMG websites is somewhat contradicting as the MB site says certain models including C class are built in Alabama, USA, whereas AMG site says all AMGs are built in Germany. I think by "built" they mean making of the engines and parts. C63 sedans are assembled in the USA based on VIN.

W205s depended on their body style and country they were going to. All coupes and convertibles were made in Germany, sedans that weren't for the USA were made in London and Africa and sedans that were for the USA were made in Alabama. That doesn't apply to the engines and transmission those were all built in Germany no matter what then sent to the country the car was for. Then they source the rest of the parts from that country and assemble them in that country

Love the car but not a fan of the backfire pop
@AccentOnCarsАй бұрын
Thanks! It doesn’t pop and bang with stock exhaust. The exhaust on this one is valved.

Feel free to contact United Auto in Natick, MA to learn more. I did a full review of this car. It felt very solid and is exciting to drive.
