I have the SDV6 HSE available here in Australia with a 215 kW rather than 180 kW and I love it. Had it for 2 years and it's terrific on and off road and tows a 3.2 tonne boat with ease. I've not been able to make it rattle yet! Only gripe is the infotainment system. What it does is terrific, the way it does it is clumsy. But love the detail in the design - the camera-lense headlights, the door pillar motifs and the Puddle lamps that display the Range Rover logo. Liked the review... Have subscribed.

Coming back to Sam's excellent review as I am looking to replace an older SUV.... but kudos to Sam for being one of the very few to be honest about the downsides to this fad for huge panoramic roofs, especially in SUVs. Beyond his comment that they reduce rigidity, these add weight where you don't want it, sources of rattles or leaks, and in summer overhead sun, allow too much light for comfort since the blocking screens are often not opaque or insulated. In hot and sunny Arizona, a huge glass roof would be the last thing I would want! And a note that Land Rover to their credit, do allow you to order these with a solid roof only.

It's an excellent car with an excellent engine! Here in the UK we just picked up our second one, a 2016 Autobiography with the same engine as the one in the video. Unfortunately we don't get the choice of the V6 S/C here only the V6 & V8 Diesels and the 5.0 V8 S/C. We would've got the V6 S/C if we could've! Diesels are still popular here with around a 50/50 split on new cars vs Petrol, although since the VW issue came to light people are turning to petrol instead which is good!

Does the USA get the more powerful SDV6 with 300 bhp and does the USA also get the SDV8 which is a 4.4 diesel with 335 bhp

Cargo area is on the soft side. Back seats don't fold flat. Where is the utylity? Where are my skis going? Big disappointment in this department. The rest of the wehicle is very nice. Great review, thank you.
