@@papillon5839 wrong edge with takeoff, pre rotation, wrong feet landing... you don’t have to be perfect but you need to have the basics nailed down when you’re at her level, world championships and such. But I guess it’s not needed when you have a large team with even larger amounts of money.

A true winner understands that he/she has to win with his/her dignity intact. With the mistakes she had and she still has, her scores definitely do not speak of the quality of her skating and its technicality. She has the potential indeed but her scores just don't match her performances and that is absolutely injustice! Hail to those winners who are deserving. Nowadays, being called the winner does not make any sense at all. To some other people who are deserving, it does.

Hannah Hoefer She got called at multiple competitions already throughout her senior career. The lutz is her least favorite triple apparently.

Yeah you're right for that comment only. However, my point still stands. Her flutzes never get negative GOE even with the ! mark (except for the ones in which she fell in a GP in 2016 and she stepped out in NHK Trophy this year. Also, I don't count B competitions,where she got her 1st 'e' mark in her senior career.)

She stakes really good so fluid , but i really think that her jumps are a little lack of height , but it could be because she uses her arms and that's another level of difficulty. Wathever , she skates really beautifull

lol she's not fluid at all. her combinations look like they take so much work to do. look up sasha cohen (and spins for sasha!) and yuna kim for fluid jumps. alina zagitova and mao asada are good too but their combinations are a little too snappy for me. and if you're looking for height, midori ito is your girl. yuna kim also has crazy large ice coverage and height if you're into that.

Well, it was her SB because it was one of the first skates of the season, so there was no other score (other than when she messed up even more at the B comp). Overall, she's overscored. But this skate here was her season's best

Dragon I don't think you understood. The OP said how is that a SB with a fall, and I said it's the SB because that was her first comp other than the challenger where she did worse, so any score you get will be SB because there is only one other comp she did to compare to.

I am a figure skater, I train programs, and I never had one program that has ever been the same. And same programs get boring and what’s the point if you don’t want to switch it?
