Always been a fan of the Blue Angels. Ever since i was a little kid i was fascinated by the way they flew. They are what made me join the Navy and become a pilot myself. Been flying the F/A-18 for 2 years now. I am praying that one day in the future i’ll be able to become a Blue Angel myself.

I don't know if they do it anymore, but when I went to one of their airshows they would distract the crowd with the main five and then number six would come cruising over the audience from behind on afterburner. It scared the crap out of everyone! It was an amazing show that I'm glad I got the privilege to see.

They do a slightly altered version, with the two solos. One comes from the left without warning, then the other comes from behind. That's what they did when I saw them last weekend. Scared the hell out of a lot of us! You see that in this video, though it's kinda hard to tell.

In fact the blue Angels go 400 miles every hour who means it is almost impossible to keep at like 1 blue angel keeping all blue angels in frame is impossible and if you can you are special

My family lives in Pensacola where the Blue Angles are based. Every Wednesday, when they are in Pensacola, they practice. We can sit on the front porch and watch them. They don’t perform the really crazy stunt maneuvers, but still amazing to watch them even though I can’t count the times I’ve seen them. The sound of them flying over somehow makes me feel safe.
