The mid-size crossover market has certainly been a busy in recent years, with so many models clamoring for the top spot. Unfortunately, Dodge hasn't always had the best reputation when it comes to this modern catagory, bringing in a design that's already almost a decade old with minor refreshes here and there. So can the "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" method still work today? Watch the review to find out!

I own a Dodge Journey, and it was priced WAY less than other 3 row SUVs. They offer pretty generous discounts on it as well, we ended up paying 10k less than the sticker price. The base Dodge Journey starts at 21k, so for the price of a Honda civic you could get a 3 row SUV, which makes it a great option for people on a budget.

I have a 2014 rt Rally and I love it, it has a nice mean look plus its great for my family and fun to drive. It’s a manvan And I’m very happy with it. As for the lack of safety features, I thought you where going to say lacking in airbags or something lol Blind spot monitors and auto braking is great if your a bad driver who doesn’t pay attention when driving. I would never rely on a blind spot indicator. It would have been nice to have though but I don’t feel it makes the car less safe because it doesn’t.

I love my 2015 Dodge Journey R/T AWD ...the only thing I don't like is the location of the battery. A very good review though... thanks.

I have a friend who drives a 2016 Journey SE base model but I like it, sure, it's beginning to show its age, but it's good on gas and rides nicely. His is the Billet and has the 2.4 and FWD. They are coming out with a replacement in the next few years for the Journey. Great job on your first Press Review, BTW! :)

So ive decided on getting a used dodge journey. For my price range it makes the most sense. My question is whether I should wait for the release of the new 2020 redesign Dodge journeys. Will that drop the price of the used Dodge journeys even more or should I go ahead and purchase one today?

The Dodge Journey Crossover SUV is a good Crossover and it's alright too... But to be honest the 1 big mistake that Chrysler made is that... They should've put the battery at the left bottom behind of the front bumper. It should've been on top beside the engine instead of the bottom. It would of been much easier to take out if it was on top instead of the bottom left behind of the front bumper... That you don't half to take off the wheel off and the panel behind the bumper to make things harder for people that have the vehicle. I don't know what Chrysler was thinking to do such a foolish way to put the battery there. "Biggest Mistake Chrysler Made".

it's a nice car. I just don't see $38k. 28 maybe but not 38. there are many other vehicles with better options for 38k. Dodge makes great cars..my mom has a Durango..but it's just way over priced. great video Bobby

Honestly it really all just depends on what you make of it. I do recommend it for people who just need something to get around for a short period of time. However reliability wise these are definitely not the best in the business.

No one pays MSRP, it's a fake number to make it look like you're getting a great deal. A GT model can be had for $31,000. Nearly fully loaded Crossroad is around $27,000-28,000

Well a V6 AWD Challenger is certainly an interesting prospect, but honestly, I like my V8s and RWD so I wouldn't go for one personally.

I wish I could tell you that. The GT is just a new trim level for the Challenger line-up. First time they've put AWD in one, but yeah V6 only sadly.

Awesome review. In my opinion this is a terrible though for the price. Looks very dated and the interior looks like shit! There are MUCH better vehicles at this price point. Also this is Chrysler! Chrysler has one of the worst resale values and their reliability sucks. But.... to each their own.

The Journeys interior is great. High quality materials. FCA's industry best infotainment system and practical use of storage spaces. I have been a FCA owner for many years and have found reliability to be outstanding. But haters gotta hate.....
