Crosstrek has a stronger rear differential and if you get the MT it has a stronger 6 speed Trans vs the 5 speed. That extra gear brings more life out of the engine.

lowered crosstrek is really stupid and pointless. Why not just buy an impreza, its the exact same thing.

Aoru didn’t know crosstrek and Impreza was the same name, they sound different. And have you ever looked at both of them side by side? They look similar but are very different. You can clearly tell which is which.

David Tuaau they are the same car.......crosstrek is. The manufacturer raised version if impreza. Same engine same chasis and tranny. Same car.

actually the crosstrek is based off the 2014 wrx chasis and suspension and everything very different than the impreza same motor is all they share and headlights ect

it is pointless when u want to argue about people interest. he choose xv's rather than impreza so what?

@@natevoisine6601 This is actually correct. There are few of us here in the states that are modifying the 2017 year Crosstrek by lowering it. It essentially is our USDM Levorg at that point. Slap a turbo on and some other goodies and you have yourself a WRX wagon if you can get the HP up enough.
