were the hangers already there or did you have to weld some on...also...Would most custom exhaust shops be able to replicate this design...I live in Canada so getting it done by you guys is unlikely...or is there a way to purchase a detailed description with measurements from you guys?

Trevor additional hangers were mounted by the shop. I’m sure other shops could replicate the design BUT most could not replicate the quality of Kinney’s. The muffler is a 50 Series Flowmaster dual in/out with 2.5” pipes finished off with black lacquer turndowns. Hope that helps!

Michael, I sold my PW almost a years ago and went with a 2500 Cummins BUT zero issues with exhaust or codes before selling it.

Nice set up. Have you noticed any increase in mpg or throttle response? Also on the leveling kit did you do anything to the rear? Did you need to get the rig realigned ? Also what did the exhaust setup cost. Thanks a bunch

There was a little increase in throttle response and mpg but nothing significant. The rear suspension is stock. Yes, when the dealership installed the leveling kit they also realigned the front end. The exhaust setup was a good 1K. The old saying, “You get what you pay for”.

samus989 is yours a regular 2500 or Power Wagon? I would expect better MPG from a regular 2500. The gears of the PW pretty much kill the MPG.

2018 true "Power Wagon" winch, lockers and all..... My best mpg's were on a flat highway, cruise control on, windows up, air off and the mirrors folded in🤣. A steady 14 with 15 flickering sometimes on 87 octane.

Really love the truck and exhaust. If you don’t mind me asking, does having the tips turn down behind the bumper serve any purpose to improve sound or anything ? I have seen turn downs before axle and after but I don’t see too many like this. Like the way it looks and sounds tho!

John, do you know what muffler they used for your exhaust system? I am thinking it is probably a FlowMaster 530504 which is a dual 3" inlet and dual 2.5" outlet, if that's the case did they swage up the outlets to 3" or use 2.5" exhaust after the muffler?

It looks nice but it sounds worse or quieter then stock… you can still hear the shitty squeaking /squealing noise these shitty 6.4 engines make when they are cold. I bet that was $800-$1000 and you hid the tips so it doesn’t look good from outside and it sounds stock. Makes no sense

It was a custom install by Kinney’s Muffler Shop in Forth Worth/ Dallas Tx area. They have a KZbin page. People drive from all over country for their installs.
