these kind of bikes seem to be soo much fun, small engine, you can rev it high and still be in reasonable speed... you know in bigger bikes even on 1st geat you will go up to 100km/h which is ridiculous, you wont be able to rev bigger bike in city because of the speed, but this... you will have fun with it everywhere ;P maybe not on highway..

Gotta love these small bikes. On my '01 ninja 250, i can bang it through 4 gears keeping it pinned and still be 30 mph over the speed limit. People like to talk shit on smaller displacement bikes for being too slow, but when you really think about it they're still not that bad. My old 250 that I snagged for $950 can do 0-60 mph in 6 seconds, that's at least approaching sports car standards. Newer low displacement bikes are even faster, like the r3 can almost reach sub 5 second times and the ninja 400 definitely can. Plus insane fuel economy, much lower insurance rates and a pretty darn comfortable seating position. Thr definition of practicality.

you're not arguing semantics aren't you? all engine brakes related to the compression process inside the engine. If somehow it felt smoother, then it probably has something to do with the clutch (if not the engine revving down slowly - that would be an unresponsive engine which as you can see is not the case when he revs up and down during the initial video). thus what I said. and no, I didn't care what suzuki brand them as. As far as I can see they can call it slippery clutch, active revs, smooth engine break and whatnot.
