Just picked up one a few weeks ago really impressed,underneath the truck is just as nice as the exterior .Traded in a 17 Silverado for it underneath that truck will make you sick rust corrosion oxidation on everything, Tacoma is light years ahead of that Chevy.

Rear sonars should mean it DOES come with cross traffic alert. They are not separate stand alone options.
