why does the rear privacy glass have a greenish tint to it instead of black? it would look better with black. and if u get the windows aftermarket tinted, you're going to see the outline of the dot matrix on the rear window which looks cheap. smh vw.

I have the 2019 Tiguan Limited TSi in black. Wonderful vehicle, except when main battery died, I could not start vehicle with key fob. Had to jump the vehicle to put it in Neutral so that the tow truck could tow it. I believe the battery went out sooner because the module for all the alarm lights took 4.5 months to get delivered. It only has 18,000 miles. D9nt care for push start button, wish still had key ignition.

VW are always a bit above its competitors but just one step below luxury. They will have a premium sound system and leather seats then give them manual controls. Then there's the drab black on gray interior that seems to adorn 9 out of 10 of their inventory. the "R" adds some style to the exterior but ignores the interior completely. I guess they're afraid they might cross platforms?

If you can't afford gas, then you got other problems. Like not being able to keep up with the maintenance properly either. These type of vehicles aren't for everyone.
