2018 1 Q4 Cash flow statement

i have couples questions can i call the cash balance at the end a NPV ? can i take the that to apply it on discount cash flow ? also can i call the operating activity OPEX? also i read that CAPEX its related to the cash flow statement where its locates? thank you Mr.Maurice and i hope to hear answers from you.
