Yeah BMW offers paint options from other manufacturer through the BMW Individual program, wether it is Nardo Grey from Audi, Grigio Telesto from Lamborghini, Grigio Medio and Ferrari Red (Rosso Corsa) from Ferrari and pretty much anything you want... As long as you can pay for it, of course.
