Dumb question, but after filling the CVT transfer case what is the purpose of draining some of the new fluid back out....again sorry for the dumb question.....awesome videos my man.

Not a dumb question lol I am just checking the fluid level. It should trickle out from the check plug. If it doesn't then you need to fill it up more, shift through the gears again, and pull the check plug again to make sure fluid comes out.

hey i love how you do your work. i have a 2021 crv i got preowned from honda. i have a vibration that when a door is open it drives me crazy. and shakes the whole car and i have no idea what it is. also my trany has this weird abrupt shift that doesn't feel right at all. i would like for you to take a look at my car if possible. im in ny area but am good to drive pretty much anywhere.

Jesus christ people drive cars into the ground nowadays. A 2018 with almost 300k on it? 😂 😂😂 lol wtf. I have a 2010 Civic Lx with only 114,000 on it, and its almost 15 years old. It still looks brand new too. But yeah those coolant drain drain and refills are very key. Almost nobody on earth ever changes the coolant and then they wonder why the radiator takes a crap. I change my coolant with genuine honda type 2 coolant every 40k. I bought me a nice and awesome coolant funnel too so that its air tight when i do the refill. It purges all the air out really nice too.
