I wish I had more time. I've ben wanting to do a review of the Clek for so long now. Hands down best seat out there. The rigid latch system is golden especially when you move the seats around as much as I do. Thanks for the comment.

Great review from real life perspective! A couple of questions about the air vents in the third row...seems like the air flow would not be the best since the vents are on the sides vs. the ceiling? Seems they can be blocked easily? How long does it take for the back seats of the van to get comfortably cool or warm depending on the outside weather?

This has been a point of criticism in the latest Odysseys, the loss of the rear air-conditioning condenser. It's a shameless cost cutting move on Honda's part. Owners in Texas. Louisiana, Florida, Arizona and Nevada, and New Mexico are dreading the onset of every summer, because of the lack of cooling capacity in the third row.

I just test drove one, the 2nd row seat doesn't fully recline with the middle seat in place like it does in my 2006. I liked the responsiveness of the engine and the steering felt great. I am going to hold off for a year, I understand Honda has a hybrid model on the way.

Tested all three (plus hybrid pacifica), the gas model of Pacifica is the worst drive feel and Honda the best (though the wheels on Toyota felt more natural). However the hybrid Pacifica decimates all the rest, even when battery runs out, it is a very impressive hybrid.

I'd have to go with the Pacifica Hybrid just for the plug in hybrid. If the Odyssey had a plug in option, it would be my pick. The magic slide seats are just that good.

The only people that say the minivan is dead are the people that can't make a minivan...not even a competitive minivan. Even Hyundai who's minivans are less competitive in the U.S. market are selling a whole lot of them in other countries.

Charles Marshall I had a stow n go before and I do miss the extra storage space and being able to flip the chairs down. But with that also came lots of junk being stored/forgotten, things falling into the cracks and worst of all the amount of dirt and buildup over time that just gets trapped in those crevices. That alone was worth giving up the stow n go for me. I much more enjoy my magic seats 😊
