This is quite the Motor home and what a beautiful knowledgeable sales woman that knows what she's talking about, and can also drive what she's talking about, and not even reading a script with all of the info that she knows, what a great presentation. I also have to say, she's pretty dam nice looking, P.S. this is the first video of a motor home that I've seen with the slides in, and, that's very rare to see that, nice of this company to show us how much room we do have while driving down the road. Everyone wants to showcase their Motor home when parked, and slides out, but, she did a great job showing us how much room you have when not parked and driving. Thank you so much for your info.

Angie, you do the Best presentations! The dw and I jus returned from the Hershey show. That was our first look at a Newmar (London Aire) and one of the "other" coaches you sell. We fully expected to prefer the "other" coach as it is advertised as the best bang for your buck...not so much. It was very apparent why the Newmar product on average costs more. Newmar's attention to detail is unmatched IMHO (unless you're considering a Prevost, which we are not) Hopefully you will be in Tampa in January, we would love to meet you for a tour in person! Finally, kudos to NIRVC for your actions during hurricane Irma, you guys are a class act!

WoW Angie you nailed this presentation. Very thorough explanation. I first viewed the 2012 Newmar Essex 4554 {I think} at an RV show in South Louisiana. At that time the Amish had done the interior and it was amazing. Almost as amazing as you are in this video. Once I saw the Newmar Coach I have not wanted any other RV since. I still plan to purchase one someday and I want you to sell it to me. Maybe you could assist me on my tour of America trip :) …. The Essex is my desire more than any other. Really good walk-through video. I wouldn't have minded a sunroof and maybe a smoky glass wall to divide in the bedroom/bathroom area to give more open space feeling or have a fireplace between the bathroom & bedroom as part of the wall to heat up both areas for the winter season. I think, that a couple has nothing to hide and doesn't need as much privacy the there is a guest bathroom for others. As for the closet, I don't think having an open shelf in there is a great idea because I can see stuff falling off and you have plenty of drawers in the bedroom. I didn't see a tall area to hang my dresses, which I prefer to wear more of then shorts/pants, that I store in a drawer with exception of a dress pants. There is another thought-I live in Ontario and it can get to -40. How much energy would be used to stay warm in there for full-time living in RV? What was done to protect mouse/rats from eating it's way to get inside to stay warm or to get to your food?

The is yes, if either of those two beautiful coaches fit into your budget. As I tell all my customers "if you buy your last coach first, you will save a lot of money". With Comfort Drive, the Passive Tag, side view cameras, 360 degree camera, CMS, etc. you will find these very easy and relaxing to drive. I was a bit nervous my first time, but it didn't take me long before I found them easier and more relaxing to drive than my Toyota Sequoia.

National Indoor RV Centers amazing. I have a sister in Cambridge just 20 mins from Kitchener. I live about an hour east. I’m actually in the Oakville, Burlington area right on Lake Ontario. Excellent video as always. Very professional. Just a question? Are the sensors for the tanks inside or outside the thanks? I was told that sensors inside the thanks are becoming obsolete, that after a couple of years they don't work properly and give wrong readings. Thank you.

First, thank you for taking the time to watch our video. Second, for the most part with a few exceptions, sensors on the outside of the tank when still used are generally used on lower end coaches. Lastly, the Essex, as well as most higher end coaches, use a pressure sensor that’s mounted inside from the top of the tank and it measures density. But unfortunately, overtime they will all need to be replaced. I hope this helps.

Yes Ron, you can get a door side fireplace with a TV lift in lieu of the sofa in the King Aire floor plans 4531, 4534, 4537 and 4553. Remember, the King Aire has electric heated floors throughout the coach including the master bathroom and master bedroom slide. The Cornerstone has radiant heated floors, but not in the master bathroom. If I can be of any further help please let know.

I heard that the egress door ladder was a one time use only ladder. Another Newmar video walk-through mentioned that and was why they didn't show actually using it. Just thought I'd pass that on, if that is the case.

Thank you for taking the time to watch our video and sharing your comment. I can personally testify that the egress door ladder in NOT a one time use ladder. In fact, it gets demonstrated and uses over and over again every day at our dealerships as prospective buyers come to view our Newmar products. The entire mechanism is extremely stout and sturdy and designed for continued and repeated use over the life of the coach. I've watched many of our storage customers use the egress door for loading and unloading their belongings from their master bedroom and rear bath rather than going all the way to main entry door at the front of the coach.

How much does it cost to store a 24' RV FOR 3 MONTHS?

$225 per month for a 24' RV. The rate goes up $5 per linear foot from there. Price includes 50 amp service, fill the fresh water tank, check and adjust the air in your tires and adjust the water in your batteries prior to every departure. And, no need to winterize as our facilities are climate controlled.
