Heads up: Crutchfield says the PAC NSB710 Speaker Adapter works as the correct bracket for this. Other than that, this video is prime. I was nervous about doing it, but seeing it done to the exact door I have makes me a lot less nervous about trying this out. Thank you.

I’ve got a 2010 n I just got new door speakers. Glad I watched this before I took door apart lol. Not like older cars. Spacers and harnesses n such. I’ll probly need em for the back too yeah??

I have a 2012 Nissan versa SV one of my speakers is blown out. what good speaker brand would you recommend? I see you put a new Kenwood? Kenwood is good!. is there anything else you have in mind? I'm looking for a good quality speaker sound system and its affordable that will last me for a long time, but if Kenwood is my best bet then ill go for Kenwood. Thanks in advance!

hey sorry for the late reply im trying to play catch up on all these comments...lol but yes kenwood is a good brand if you want some more quality you can go with polk audio that is one of my favs but just dont go to cheap and you should be good. rockford fosgate and jl audio are some other high quality brands but they can get a little costly

It’s even cheaper if u cut the stock speaker bracket arms out like you said with Aviation cutters aka tin snips on all the arms then bend the positive and negative leads up and there’s space for your wires off your new speaker leads to go where the existing ones are make sure to etch them or mark them + & - so ur resistance isn’t backwards bend back down the -/+ tabs and make sure the wire is secure drill holes in the factory bracket and screw in the speaker and reboot it all and all Done 😊 your welcome

Will the 82-6600 speaker bracket fit a Scosche hd6504sd 6.5” speaker? I’m worried that it won’t fit as the 82-6600 isn’t universal

the 82-6600 is a universal fit so it fits most 6.5 inch speakers as long as the basket on the speaker isnt oversized you should be fine

oh no problem the most important part is the speaker and the brackets i always say get the harness just because it makes the speaker install so much more easier
