I personally have owned a Levorg STI for 12 months as my daily drive to work / play and it has proven to be a excellent reliable comfortable ride. The only negative in the hole car is when you hit a sharp bump or pothole you are greeted with a giant bang through the cabin . The suspension over sharp bumps is VERY HARSH. That aside zero complaints .

I have the Legacy GT Premium wagon and would have changed to a Levorg if we had the full power Japanese spec version (300hp, 400NM)

DJVADO17 No lol that car is more for daily commuting, there main target aren't your teenage ricers. I would love this car myself as a daily commuter, I wouldn't mind making it look nice and modding in a lil bit. You want manual get the one here in the states

I'm off to test drive a 2018 GT-s in a few days to replace my 2002 Legacy GT30. However much I like the looks, I'll have to wait and see about the CVT transmission! I've driven a few with CVT's and have hated all of them!

Thanks for noticing JORDII. I got so many corrections on my pronunciation from earlier Subaru reviews when I said Subar-roo all the time that I’ve trained myself to use he correct International pronunciation now. In fact, I was at Subaru New Zealand HQ last week and I’m sure I was the only person in the building saying it like the rest of the world does. Cheers for watching.

How do you reckon it'd fare against the Skoda Octavia RS?

I’ve had the pleasure of driving the first Octavia RS, so at least a year ago, but new shape etc and a month ago a family members Levorg. I found the RS dead from the neck up taking the driver completely out of the equation even though on paper and in person it has some great design features especially around storage space, but the Levorg was a true pleasure to drive and be in cruising sealed or unsealed roads around central coast NSW.

The constant feedback is that the suspension is not the best on these.....way to hard and not enough travel or damping.

These are great cars, i test drive the STI version and it was a damn nice car that handled very well. The only issue I've been having with all cars and not just the Levorg is they arn't made for people over 6foot tall, so instead of buying this i went for a VF2 SSV ....
