Do you still have it ? How has it been? Any issues? I have. 2017 400. It only has 1057km on it. But has been amazing. It doesn’t get ridden that much. Cause I have a 2008 king quad 750. But I love the arctic cat alterra. 400.

I bought one 2 months ago. The only complaint I have is the air filter. Very frustrating trying to put the vent boot back on @#! Be curious if others have the same opinion. Would love to see a video on this, maybe it is something I am not doing right?

hey just bought one of these, it as a 2018 used with only 300 miles on it. im 250 pounds seems to work good, any issues with yours or suggestions?

Hey nice video, I bought one in the spring 2020 it was a 2018 left over ,got it home found out it was made by kymco in Taiwan, there's a sticker on the frame.

Yes it's a rebranded kymco but kymco makes good machines and have been around for a long time

bought a 2018 500 also only because of good price mint condition got 438km does your have a small skip or hiccup maybe? not sure how to explain it overall runs good and thanks for taking the time for posting, help me figure out what the override was for.

I got this with 160 miles on it, drove it 20miles and did this video and honestly I haven’t rode it since haha but when I did ride it everything seemed fine, fast little machine! But I’ll definitely check it out next time I get a chance to ride it if it does what your saying.

@@MikeSimon i figured out that because its belt drive there a lag when you first start to move switching from a Honda to a artic cat is a lot different still works great recommend theses machines, they are fun to drive.

The best way to service air filter is by removing the whole plastic canister. Took me 6 years to figure that out!

WAY Better!!! This isn't cheap at all, I rate it up there with my polaris sportsman.

Brand new 2021s are about 6,500 this 2018 was about 4,800 new

@@dennylafoss uhh no yeah I’ve got abt 1095 acres and it’s very very hilly and the particular power lines me and my freinds ride dirtbikes on are rly steep and I’ve rode sideways on them multiple times it felt fine wasn’t worried abt tipping at all 🤷‍♂️ and if u think I was trying to be rude in any way before I wasn’t

I have not had a chance to take this out on the trials so I would not be able to give a solid answer, but me being 225 and 6'4 It will get up to 48mph.

I have a 2021 Polaris Sportsman 850 and am thrilled with it so far with 21 hrs on it.. I have a friend that has a Alterra 500, they are ok machines, but are bottom shelf to me.. ALL manufactures atv's have their issues from time to time, but to me, Cf moto, Arctic cat are just simple cheap machines..
