This maybe just a base trim. Maybe their top trim has TVs in head rest and 5.7 liter v8

Nope, this is the top trim and it has features you don't see in many overseas markets I.e. the height adjustable suspension, power rear seats. Appears they now only have the 4.6l over there, previous years they had the 5.7 and 4.5 diesel. The diesel v8 is the best engine to have - more torque, better power delivery and economy. In my country toyota stopped offering any gas v8 altogether, only the diesel is available.

This model too heavy, if you going to buy it, instead better get lexus GX 460 , it has same 4.6L V8 engine and 6 speed auto but it's 350 kilograms lighter, however smaller fuel tank.
