thanks for posting this, didn't work for me on 2019 guilia ti, but this did : For the instrument cluster, turn on the car turn off the car open and close driver door without touching the brake pedal turn on the car wait for 2 to 4 seconds depress the gas pedal completely till you feel the click and release 3 times with one-second gap between each Turn off car Start the engine as usual

This actually does work, you just have to make sure that is precisely one second for each time you step on the brake pedal. I recommend using a stopwatch when doing it👍

Lolz you don't need a stop watch. You are not launching a rocket to the moon 😂😂😂. The reason it doesn't work for some is because they are not completely releasing the brake pedal. Take your foot completely off, so the brake light switch is cycled. Otherwise, the system doesn't detect the 6 depresses. There is a switch on the pedal that turns on your brake lights when you depress it. That same switch is used as the signal for the system to perform the reset. But you have to completely lift your foot off the pedal. Otherwise, you may still be slighting releasing the brake light switch, and it won't count as a press.

no it doesn't, because its plain wrong. You only have to quickly press accelerator 6 times, no need to touch brake pedal at all.

Thx poster 👍🏽 Worked for me today on UK Giulia Veloce 2017. Took 2 attempts. Oil change warning no longer flashes up. The maintenance expires message still appears though.

I get lost at the end after pressing the brake pedal 6 times, it says press the gas pedal and start the car. But it never says how long I should hold down the gas pedal before starting. When you start by holding down the gas pedal, the car accelerates super fast, you don't really hear it like that in the video, it feels like it starts normally. Obviously the car does not start with just the gas pedal pressed, you need to press the brake pedal. So I don't know if I should start the car with both pedals pressed or should I release the gas pedal after a second and then start the car.

Just as with all the other videos describing this problem you do NOT show the oil reset light before showing your method to resolve the problem. Perhaps this works but most likely it is just baloney.
