i noticed you have a nice blinker and horn controls mounted on the handle bar and i am wandering where did you get that set up? I was only able to find a universl kit which doesn't look near as nice as this one shown on your video.

This is a universal kit from eBay . I made videos on the outlander and the ranger and added all links of the mods in the description . So people can order all the parts I use on my atvs. Thx for watching

Just about to install, instructions are brutal. Mounting it to the handle bar is the easy part, its putting all the pieces together to build the windshield is the problem, its fairly cheesy nuts and bolts, its like BRP doesn’t want to help you do your own thing. They’d rather you book in in for 3 days than get it back kinda done right! Must say, I like the machine not the company!!! Hell BRP? ope your listening, Makes Share isn’t easy to increase!!! this video will help a little, thanks for the effort.

I see this is the high windshield. Would you say it's adequate enough to block cold wind during the winter or is the extra high better? I'm undecided on which one to buy for winter riding.

Yes it does a good job of blocking the cold wind.

I like cus it works the best for cutting down on the cold wind, on the other hand. I think it makes the bike look ugly cus it’s so big. ( it makes the bike look like an old grandpa rides it)

Why is there a slit in the windshield?

That’s the type of windshield we picked/bought for our 850. There are other types available threw can am dealerships.

Go on eBay or to the can am dealership and get yourself a renagade 1000 cover. That’s where we got ours.
