Good job I put on 27” black water tires on my outlander 570 that work good. I didn’t change the clutch. I always wondered about the 28” tires but now know the max is 27”

Did you experience any rubbing after this? I have 28” bear claw HTR on my 2022 outlander max but still get some rub after trimming.

Great vid. So your 28" blackwaters actually measured true to the size, I'm wanting to put 28 zilla's on mine and hear they measure 1 inch less the size. My machine is the same as yours, so id assume I shouldn't have many issues, maybe some trimming like you did.

Yes you can, but your going to start having gearing problems and not enough power to push the bigger sized tires and rims.

This worries me about going from 26" stock to 30" tires on my 650 max xt. I would have thought those 28"s would have cleared fine... but if you needed to trim for 28's- im guessing the 30's might be too big- even with trimming -(

You should have used green tin snips to cut the right side fender.

Front stock tires should of been 26x8x14

The same ITP Terracrosses that he had are same than mine and they are front 26x9x14 and rear 26x11x14

You are putting far too much air in your tires!! I do mostly trail riding like you and the most i usually put is 7lbs of air in each tire.... Don't go by what the max tire pressure is just because it's stated on the tires lol.
