I used to live in a four bedroom 1996 champion. One of the bedrooms, was barely bigger than a coat closet. Just big enough for a futon. Do not care for the standard wallpaper throughout the older manufactured homes. We had the same wall paper in the master bathroom and in the kitchen too. Dated looking. We had two living rooms though. One with a fireplace. All was fine until the back bathroom and my bedroom got black mold in them. We had to stay in a hotel while a crew came and took care of it. This home is spacious and modern. The closets are bigger than what I had in our trailer. Perfect size really. A nice deck out back with a bbq area and comfy seating would make this place stand out.

If you end up with some food odors or a little smoke from something that spilled over in the oven, all you've got is your range hood to pull some of that out, or if you're cooking a big meal for Thanksgiving or Christmas, and the kitchen gets too warm, you can't crack the window open to let some of the heat out...

Great layout overall, my only negatives are Kitchen needs some working windows above sink, the 2 offset would be great imo for a nice cross breeze to come through. Master closet needs entry from m. bedroom instead of bathroom. Love everything else.

I only have one problem with this house. The closets aren't big enough. The outside closet is for the rack and stuff for the yard. I like the way the dry wall is done. It looks like a site built home. Kinda wish I could get prequalified for it.

@No Comps, it is crazy! I know you can change out windows, my uncle actually work at a window replacement company. But why pay $$$ for a house with a kitchen full of windows & not one can open??? Just to pay more $$$ to have a company to come out & replace them, it makes no sense!!! The house is very pretty, but I would never purchase it simply because the windows in the kitchen do not open. I don't find it safe or legal, just my opinion....

I'd get rid of that cabinet in the entry and also those side built ins by the fireplace so my own furniture can go. Also get rid of the white kitchen in favor of more warm tone stain or natural wood look. Like the dining area and French door look, master bath is very nice

Electric fireplace, whaaat? Nice floor plan, but what kind of heating system is in there, those are important features, the rest is easily changeable, is that vinyl siding, that went out in the early 90s.

Some floors need to be, dark wood, white wash, or light brown or maple color wood that is just a suggestion that would help the design you decide be beautiful floors you have on today and with a lot of other year designs it's not going to work

Anybody get a price on this one? I really like it. Charm C does make some good points about the kitchen windows though. I mean you could open the dinning room door, but the kitchen windows would be better. But I like the balance in this layout. The Master bed and bath do not make he other rooms look sad. Love big Kitchen! And I like the barn door on the Laundry Room. Not crazy about the TV having to go above the fireplace. But I like the rest so much, I'd work with that.

Walls look like what was used in older model ‘mobile’ homes, especially in closets. Countertops are very cheap as well as appliances. Bathrooms with one piece fiberglass shower/tub units will leak and cause floor rot. After paying $130,000 plus transporting, setup, and land with utility hookups, I’d rather build a permanent home for a better investment return. You can call it by a fancier name; modular, manufactured, residential doublewide....whatever but after a few years of use, it will look like a typical worn out, run down mobile home.
