Hey, Bobby, I just noticed what looked like a potfiller in the kitchen over the stove. Is that what it is? That is a nice feature, to not have to wrestle with filling big pots in the sink, where they don't even fit sometimes, then tote them to the stove. Again, good video.

Not a fan of the latest trend for muted brown tone floors and cupboards. I know it's trendy - part of the farmhouse look, but I think it's a look that will become dated quickly. Also not a fan of the beadboard lined closets. I think it looks cheap, but it probably doesn't get scuffed up like painted drywall. Interesting floorplan. The semi-closed off entry hall is nice - gives a little privacy and doesn't allow hot or cold air to get sucked into the whole house every time someone opens the door.

I love how you're trying to improve the videos but I have a couple suggestions; The floor plans are great but can you leave them on a bit longer. I did notice when you said "confectioners oven" in another video, and I laughed and said "What?", but let me tell you, I paused, 🙄🤔 and I had to go look it up to see if that was really a thing! Google just kind of ignored confectioners and took me to convection oven. Seriously, I'm not trying to be mean, that tickles me and it makes you seem more human! Will someone please pickup some design magazines and look at them for inspiration that is CURRENT not 1990's early 2000's throw back. Dry wall columns with arches are just not happening. Ditch the cheap carpet and put in Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring everywhere to make the house flow. The built in entertainment center is just dated and cheesy. Please stop hanging those sad gathered valances. Your company has a nice product but the finishes just junk it up. Better to add up scale lighting ,mouldings, and a Craftsman style front door.

Why rush getting the videos when the building isn’t even finished? While I like the layout, the missing crown molding and gigantic crack in the ceiling, large gaps between the ceiling and mounding are very off-putting. This one has to be the worse I have seen so far! I can generally imagine the completed building but this one screams cheap!
