2019 Chevrolet Camaro SS 1LE: Start Up, Exhaust, Test Drive and Review

👋 The new SS Camaro 1LT is a BEAST! I today's video we check out the brand new 2019 Chevrolet Camaro 1 SS with the 1LE Track Performance Package! This is the newly re-designed Chevy Camaro and looks awesome!
Full walk around a review of the all new Camaro! This is the newest generation of the Chevy Camaro and is a nice daily drivable 2 door sportscar! The 1SS w/ 1LE Performance Package is an awesome trim level! That is a $7,000 upgrade and is well worth it. Recaro bucket seats with leather and alcantara, alcantara steering wheel and shifter, Brembo brakes, 20in wheels, blackes splitter and hood and much more! The 2019 Camaro looks great and has an aggressive front end design. It really is a car you need to see in person to appreciate. The rear end is very bold and has a modern look especially with the three dimensional tail lights. I also like how the 2019 tail lights are not red, the clear lens looks great! Seriously, the front bumper is so sick! The V8 modles have a different design than the V6 and turbo 4. All look so good in person. The large front splitter makes this even more mean! The White exterior paint looked awesome and really shows off the brand new 2019 design! Overall I think the 2019 Chevrolet Camaro is a nice car with a lot to offer. It was comfortable, roomy, powerful and looks great! The interior of the 2019 Camaro was well laid out with minimal buttons with a clean look and feel.
Test driving the 2019 Camaro SS, the car drove great and has plenty of power. The 2019 V8 Camaro had an amazing exhaust sound to it and popped so much! Sounded great going through the gears. 6 speed manual transmission was super responsive and a lot of fun to use. A 10 speed auto is also available. There are a ton of engine options, trim levels and packages to really pick out the 2019 Camaro that is right for you! This exact spec tho.... is the one to get! I was truly impressed with this car!

I was originally looking to get a 2019 SS 1LE in Shock but ended up with a 2020 SS 1LE in Shock. An absolute blast to drive. I think the 2019 1LE package looks great on the 2019's.

Wasnt sure of the '19 front end, but its growing on me. My 14 was totalled recently by a drunk driver, and it was summit white so im loving this thing...they definitely aren't bad in price for a basically new preowned, the 2020s have a pretty nice look too.

Camaro weekend continues!! ❤️ While I know controversial I really didn’t think the position of the flow tie was as bad as everyone made it out to be. I do like however that it was revised back to normal. It is the better of the two positions. 1LE package looks great on white! And thank you for mentioning about getting your side mirrors positioned correctly. One does that and it’s not nearly as bad as some make it out to be. Great review!

I like this front end especially with the 1LE pkg. Not the biggest fan without it. Most people don't know how to properly adjust mirrors to eliminate blind spots. I've never driven a car that actually has a blind spot lol. Mirrors are there for a reason

Go into the touchscreen. Where you showed how you can select any given exhaust mode you can also customize the steering, suspension, exhaust. I have mine setup with everything in track mode except the steering I keep in touring mode. It steers with the same responsiveness, just much lighter than the track mode steering. Touring mode steering has more steering feedback IMO, and makes for quicker inputs as the wheel moves faster with lighter steering. Track mode steering is way to heavy, and IMO gives it more of a fly-by-wire feel that feels like it steers off pressure applied to the wheel as opposed to the amount you turn the wheel. But yes the GEN6 SS 1LE is very good. Very nimble with a ton of grip, but also such a complaint suspension that soaks up bumps like a family sedan. The Magnaride suspension is no joke.

Great review. Love the trim level in the 1LE. Great to see reviews on the camero as in Australia you don't see them around because they are not cheap around 90k AUS and people go for a European car for that price. Think I only seen 1 on the streets. Good stuff, always enjoy your content. @fgx6t

This 1Le ss is honestly more bang for ur buck, you’ll spend about 52k on a mustang with performance package, magneride and recaros. While you’ll only pay 43k for the Camaro

I bought one of these in November last year then drove it from Delaware to California then immediately took it to the canyons. It’s an amazing handling car. So much grip! Tramlines like a mf though 😂. Such a fun car. I’m coming from a e92 M3 and I don’t regret a thing. And btw GM sellls a bow tie delete panel for the front bumper. Really cleans it up

awesome presentation. I know usually putting your foot on the clutch and brake is more of a safety thing just in case the parking break failed for some reason. But my grandpa owns a 6th gen camaro SS and you actually only need the clutch pressed in to start the car. But I understand where it's coming from. Not trying to be that guy😂

Oh wow! What’s been wrong with it?? Chevy reliability might not be any better so do research before you switch!

@@BrosFOURRSpeed yeah I went through with it, but my mustang had to have the transmission replaced with less than 6k miles, then had to have the clutch replaced and transmission rebuilt again at 20k miles. I've been driving manual for a while and haven't had those problems out of other cars, so I don't think it's driver error. Then it also had some mysterious misfire that no one could find the cause of at no dealership but noted that there was a misfire and to just drive it until it threw a permanent code but it never would and in turn made the car run 24/7 like it was on 6 cylinders. Just not a fun experience and it's sad because it was my dream car.
