Excellent work! A must for all Traktor user with Pioneer Controller DDJ-1000. I love this mapping. It's hard to stop playing with it. Nevertheless, it's a shame it's not being delivered by NI.

yes for master channel beatFX, no for per-channel beat fx and soundcolor FX please see my FAQ on this

Hi mate been using this for a while now and I find that sometimes while I’m playing a set when I use the beat jump on deck b it also effects deck a and skips it when I’m trying to use a hot cue on either deck

hello Pedro we are very excited with u for doing such a work . Unfortunately I have't managed to install the mapping . The Bome midi translator gets unresponsive from the very first step . Is it cause am Catalina user and due to the 3rd party problem that excist in this macOS version ?? Can you help me please or respond for sure cause I haven't buy yet the ddj 1000 but I'm interested and I want' to use the mapping to a friends ddj 1000 to be sure ..

Boas Pedro . Ja te tinha felicitado pelo teu trabalho noutro site e espero que continues a partilhar com todos o teu conhecimento e trabalho . Tenho umas duvidas 1- Na ddj 1000 nao consigo meter os 4 decks em funcionamento correto. Os decks 3 e 4 dão efetivamente audio e o contolo da jog tambem trabalha e tudo mais , no entanto os visores estao estaticos , e não mexem nem tem cor nos rings da Jog. 2- Quando clico no botao a selecionar o deck 3 ou o deck 4 (36 no teu manual), ele faz o que é pedido no entanto funciona ao mesmo tempo como se tivesse a clicar no shift fazendo ao mesmo tempo "Deck Flavor". Sempre que clico nesse botao para alternar Decks vai-me alterando a apresentação dos decks no Traktor, quando na realidade quero os 4 visiveis all time no programa. Faz-me parecer que o botao ficou com as 2 funçoes defenidas quando deveria ser so uma ;) 3- Vi que atribuiste aos efx da ddj 1000 os efx do Traktor :/ . Não ha forma de mantermos os efx do hardware que são por defeito da Pioneer ... odeio os efx da Native e só uso 1 ou outro .Este é um NO GO para mim :( De resto , aparentemente tudo funciona como é devido . será que me poderias responder sobre esta situação ? Ola, obrigado pelo interesse 1) ve a FAQ 3 3) ve a FAQ 32. So' tens efeitos Pioneer no master channel. No exceptions. 2) na proxima versao vou por esta funcao desligavel. 'E util para ecrans pequenos. Por agora muda manualmente para 4 decks no layout "2 deck". @@djestrela2 Okapa ... entendi ;) Bem para já o unico BUG que encontro é carregarmos um tema , fazermos pre-escuta com o fader em baixo e o som sair no Master. Isto acontece muitas vezes . No entanto se subirmos o fader e voltarmos logo a descer , o som deixa de passar para o master . podemos depois estar a tocar talvez uns 20 min sem isto acontecer , mas de subito a situaçao repete-se e ao carregarmos um tema e fazermos pre escuta , la vai o som sair no master . Não sei se ja alguem reportou a situação . Se necessitares de um video eu faço e envio

Hola Pedro, por suerte pude hacer todo! Tuve que volve a Traktor porque no consigo sync el rekordbox y ableton. La verdad un lujo! Pero tengo algunas consultas. 1) importe 2 veces el mapping por el tema de los efectos, como lo decis en la instalacion. Pero resulta que mi boton del DDJ 1000 “release fx”. Ejemplo Si giro con el potenciometro por todos los efectos resulta que el TRANS no enciende con ese mismo boton sino que queda invertido. Es decir si toco otra vez para desactivarlo digamos que en ese momento queda activo, desde el traktor lo enciendo manualmente pero cuando voy a otro efecto vuelva a quedar invertido. 2) es correcto que la intensidad de los efectos esten invertidos respecto a los mismos en rekordbox? Es decir, en rekordbox si aumento el beat fx es como si con traktor al disminuir lograra el mismo efecto. 3) los bpms mostrados en el jog son un poco diferente los de la pantalla de traktor, tambien en este punto queria preguntarte si es posible modificar su %, por el valor de bpm que estamos moviendo?

1) there are A LOT of bugs on traktor about FX selection. Worse, its impossible to know the current state of the release FX blue button (solid / flashing). I've tried to fix this a couple of times, and it is still not 100% ok. 2) probably. Hey Pedro. I have a quick question. How did you get your play / pause button to blink when it's paused? On my controller I can only get it to blink when it's playing using the beat phase command. I'm asking this because my dj partner and i both have the same controller (denon mc4000), but he uses serato and that's the way the play / pause button works in that software. Thanks a lot.

Hi Pedro. I have Traktor PRO 3.2.1.9. I used it with Pioneer CD player and Traktor Timecode CDs. With the Time code CD, appearing on the Traktor is a JOG wheel that matches up with the Pioneer CD JOG wheel. I just got myself a Pioneer DDJ-1000-SRT controler. Will the JOG wheel on my Traktor rotate in sequence with the Pioneer JOG wheel on the DDJ-1000-SRT?

​@@clovisforde8017 no. There is no way to export that value in MIDI. This I have to estimate that value myself. Which works, but its not in sync with the traktor value. More problematic: The 800 screens are exactly the same as the DDJ-1000. So I would use them as-is. However a firmware bug preventing use. This was acknowledged by Pioneer support.
