i ve just got the new sportage 1.6 diesel hybrid and it really rocks!! grettings from greece!!

@@kmusicful φιλε το πηρα τελη φλεβαρη και λογω κορονοιου δεν μπορεσα να κανω τα ταξιδια που ηθελα! σε μισο χρονο ομως τα 12 χιλιαδες χιλιομετρα σε παραλιες και εγνατια οδο (σαλονικη κομοτηνη) τα καταπιε ανετα και πολυ οικονομικα! θελω να το δοκιμασω και σε βουνα-χιονοδρομικα! ο λογος που ανεβηκα σε αυτη τη κατηγορια ειναι οι χωροι για τα μωρα και τα καροτσια! εκει με εσωσε! η οδηγηση ειναι παιδικη και δεν καταλαβα οτι οδηγουσα ενα suv. τοσο ευκολα σαν ενα yaris! μεχρι τωρα καιει 6 λιτρα τα 100χλμ. δεν ξερω πρακτικα ποσο βοηθαει ο ηλεκτροκινητηρας ειδικα μεσα στη πολη, αλλα ειμαι ευχαριστημενος με αυτα που ξοδευω στο βενζιναδικο καθοτι προερχομουν απο αμαξι με υγραεριο και εκει τα εξοδα ηταν ελαχιστα! (0,45 στη βουλγαρια) φοβερο το android auto που περνας στην οθονη κι εχεις online google maps και μουσικη! η καμερα οπισθεν τα σπαει και εντυπωσιακο το συστημα που μπλοκαρει τους τροχους με κουμπι σε αποτομες κατηφορες! αυτο θελω να το δοκιμασω και σε χιονισμενα βουνα! το θεμα ειναι οτι δεν εχω καθολου αγχος για να βαλω το χερι στη τσεπη λογω των 7 χρονων εγγυηση! οι κορεατικες εταιριες ειναι οτι καλυτερο για την τσεπη του ελληνα!

θανασης αραμπατζιδης σε ευχαριστώ πολύ. Αυτά που ήθελα να ακούσω. Ειδικά για την κατανάλωση γιατί και εγώ από Υγραεριο έρχομαι. Οι χώροι είναι απίστευτοι. Αν είναι και στο δρόμο σωστό τότε είναι σούπερ επιλογή. Σε ευχαριστώ και καλή συνέχεια.

I just got myself a 68 plate kia sportage 1.6gdi isg2 in infra red with the 17 inch diamond cut alloys, what a beautiful car and so comfy and nice to drive, cant stop looking at it lol really good quality car, i drove 10 miles to work and got 47.5 mpg really economical and has enough grunt for normal driving, wont win races with its average acceleration but its a great roomy suv and i wouldnt get a different car so happy with it, great review cheers, kia have nailed it with the sportage, in my opinion its the best looking suv and the grille is stunning 👌👌😍👍

Ah yes, I think that you may have mentioned that on your website. Certainly if I were to have a Kia, I would probably choose this or grey. Looks as if you have a good area for making photogenic videos around there!

Ah, well, we film our own reviews for my channel (known as Tweed Jacket Reviews) and so we have our own locations that we prefer to use. Whenever I watch other videos, I am always looking out for where they are filmed to see why a particular creator may have chosen a specific area. The way I knew it was Wokingham was partly because I have been there, partly because I think that it says on your website one of your staff members is from there (I think) and partly because I saw a shot of a poster on the town centre in the review advertising the Toy Run on 9th December. I looked this up, and saw that it ran from Reading to Wokingham, hence I put two and two together. I saw another review recently that was filmed in Otterbourne, near Winchester, which I recognised as I grew up about three miles from there, and I know Sean is from Winchester too! Does that help?

viewing this in 2024 and I have to say that your mpg figures were a bit ambitious, probably nearer 31mpg combined & that is driving with a very light right foot! still a great car though.

I don't think your statement about 8 speed auto only in the hybrid is correct, my Dad has the hybrid and I'm sure it's a 6 speed manual. He just complains about the electronic handbrake!

Every time I see one the rear lights annoy me, I hate the way they've put the rear indicators down low in "bumper" in the most vulnerable part of the car and out of the eyeline of following driver

I was hoping that it would have been more of a hybrid like the Toyota. If got a Sportage 2lt diesel that's pretty good on fuel

So are these "mild" hybrids, branded "eco dynamics+", also what's your opinion on *if* the UK will implement a new electric themed scrappage scheme: will it be only phev/ev only, would this model not be included, would it only be only new or include used and would it be banded and is the max likely to be £6,000... Thanks

It may be more economical, BUT all power (including the electricity) is from the diesel engine. So not much better for the planet. EVs are plug-in hybrids, ‘diesel hybrids’ are a marketing con.

The electricity comes from the kinetic energy, usually lost by breaking as heat.

Something which will blow your mind: diesels with AdBlue are cleaner than a Petrol on pollution and Petrols are the ones which mess up with the ozone layer as well! 🤯
