Don, I have a roller for a 2019 ktm 450sxf I am in the process of converting to electric, I am very excited to speak with you to potentially help figure out the dimensions + motor mounts of your build! This is amazing!

That is a great choice to build. The frame is a little wider on the bottom tubes, so the mounts lines up real easy. I have a pretty complete mount kit for that model. Go to ElectricDirtRiders.com , Log on to the forum, and start a conversation with me ( click on the little envelope near your name, that will start a private conversation, and I can share a bunch of pictures and info

Love the videos. How important is it to get the sprocket of the electric motor in the same place as the original? (Not in the axis of chain alignment, but the other two)(height, and distance forward and back)

All 3 are important factors. With the long travel suspension, if you have it exactly where the original sprocket, that is the best. We strive for that, but the motor case, swing arms, and gap in the swing arm become important. But we end up real close.

been watching your builds for the past week or so i am very interested in building a Suzuki LTR 450 quad for the local mx track and TT Flat Track series. Where would you start with motor and controller plus battery for a 5 lap moto max 20 laps total for the day. Thanks Frog

The motor we have been using in Moto bikes is the QS138 70H V3 with an Votol EM260S . A 72V nominal battery about 50AH is good for your moto. But it wouldn't do 4 motos without a battery change or recharge. . The Quad could hold a bigger battery, about twice the size, 72V 100Ah . Message me and I could give you more information. Or go to ElectricDirtRiders.com, log on to the site and start a Conversation with me. We can post a bunch of material there. My name or that site is DonCox
