julie hertz .....julie I think that the connections touched him with something at the KD last year, and that was the reason to run so erratic. The horse has not done anything after that. In the Haskel he beat mules. The trainer kept him out the preakness and belmont because he knew max had no chance. Any trainer who think he has the best horse would have hun in those races. He also is such a dirty rider that he does not care how dangerous he makes it for other horses and riders. This time he didn't just drift. He changed lanes, before the lane was clear causing King For A Day to have to pull up. He was disqualified again in late June at Belmont Park for cutting off a horse called Enlisting. He is a cheat and a careless rider who has a dangerous pattern of cutting horses off and/or blocking them. Those who disagree, choose not to see the truth.*
