This channel has got to be some of the best Arm wrestling specific exercises I have seen, as well as the most informative. After you finish the world class hook series. A world class Top roll series would also be very interesting.

@@201_armwrestling Big information, has beginner hook style, i always try to attack my opponnent with cupp and supination only and i found it was very hard to PIN, too much pressure on biceps alone, when i start to attack with pronation with a full cup like shown in the video, i have much much stronger attack

Best explenations...so helpfull for understanding... Would you say, to train the parts of this hole Motion for Basic strength and than Go to this movement would be OK?

Yes, that's exactly our approach. Start with the first 4 parts and when you get into a decent shape add this to your program.

What are the best reps and sets to work hand control? To train for resistance or strenght? Thank you 👌🏻💪🏻

This is a very armwrestling specific exercise. And in the begining it's hard to stabilize the 2 vectors, so you start with low weight and try to control the handle. When you reach 10 seconds of control you can add more weight and work towards a 10 second set. The set can be static hold or slow reps.

How important do you think the thumb is in armwrestling ?

It's important in a number of aspects. For exemple at the start of the match, when re gripping, in most outside moves, also adding meat on the thumb muscles makes your hand unconfortable to hold. But we do not train any movement targeting the thumb in particular.

What is the diameter of the multispinner that you are using?

7 cm I think, but it's too thick for this exercise.
